Through my work in UX and Service Design I have gained broad experience in the design process. My talents lie mostly with user research and turning insights into bold concepts.

I believe that the biggest challenge for user researchers is to deliver insights with all their nuances and context, necessary for good solutions. I am combining user research with the methods of journalism to create a clear picture of the issue at hand.
